Requirements

Responsibilities

  • ā—Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, including renewal planning, expansion strategy, and executive engagement
  • ā—Build and run account plans including stakeholder mapping, whitespace analysis, success criteria, mutual action plans, and value realization
  • ā—Lead and close expansion opportunities including upsell and cross-sell in partnership with solution and advisory consultants
  • ā—Drive net revenue retention through proactive renewal execution, accurate risk identification, and structured mitigation plans
  • ā—Run executive-level governance including QBRs, steering committees, roadmap sessions, and escalation management
  • ā—Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for product improvements and better customer experience at scale
  • ā—Maintain high standards of forecasting, account hygiene, and CRM discipline in HubSpot
  • ā—Mentor associate and mid-level Account Managers on enterprise account strategy, negotiation, and operating cadence
