Requirements
- ā7ā10+ years of experience in enterprise Account Management or renewals and expansion roles in B2B SaaS
- āProven track record of owning and growing strategic accounts through renewals, multi-stakeholder expansions, and executive engagement
- āComfortable working with technical products and teams and translating complexity into business outcomes
- āStrong commercial judgment including value selling, negotiation, procurement and legal cycles, and stakeholder alignment
- āRigour in forecasting, account planning cadence, and excellent CRM hygiene
- āClear and confident communicator with executive presence
- āNYC-based with flexibility for customer meetings and periodic travel
Responsibilities
- āOwn a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, including renewal planning, expansion strategy, and executive engagement
- āBuild and run account plans including stakeholder mapping, whitespace analysis, success criteria, mutual action plans, and value realization
- āLead and close expansion opportunities including upsell and cross-sell in partnership with solution and advisory consultants
- āDrive net revenue retention through proactive renewal execution, accurate risk identification, and structured mitigation plans
- āRun executive-level governance including QBRs, steering committees, roadmap sessions, and escalation management
- āAct as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for product improvements and better customer experience at scale
- āMaintain high standards of forecasting, account hygiene, and CRM discipline in HubSpot
- āMentor associate and mid-level Account Managers on enterprise account strategy, negotiation, and operating cadence
