Requirements

- āFluent in English Thai language preferred
Responsibilities
- āOwn onboarding from KYC and KYB initiation to account activation
- āCollect review and verify client documentation in line with AML and CFT standards
- āCoordinate closely with Compliance Legal Sales and Operations
- āSupport enhanced due diligence for higher risk or complex clients
- āTrack onboarding progress and maintain audit ready documentation
- āEscalate issues or red flags to Compliance when required
- āAct as primary contact for clients during onboarding
- āEnsure clear communication and provide timely updates
- āSupport handover to Account Management post go live
