Responsibilities

  • ā—Provide counsel on corporate governance and entity structuring

  • ā—Oversee corporate entity structure compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • ā—Draft review and negotiate partnership token grant service and vendor agreements
  • ā—Own and maintain the compliance program including AML KYC sanctions and insider trading policies
  • ā—Monitor and advise on evolving regulatory frameworks across the US EU Asia and emerging markets
  • ā—Manage regulatory relationships and represent the foundation in engagements with regulators and policymakers
  • ā—Ensure compliance with securities laws and token distribution regulations
  • ā—Oversee compliance infrastructure for exchange listings custodian and on/off-ramp partnerships
  • ā—Provide legal guidance on tokenomics token distributions vesting structures and treasury management
  • ā—Advise on legal implications of on-chain governance protocol upgrades and ecosystem incentive programs
