Requirements

Responsibilities
- āLead the creative and brand direction
- āEvolve the visual identity across color, typography, illustration, and imagery
- āBuild and maintain a scalable design system including components, styles, and guidelines
- āDesign, iterate, and optimize the website for visual clarity and audience alignment
- āLead high-impact creative projects including campaigns, reports, and events
- āDevelop sales and marketing materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and event collateral
- āCreate reusable templates and assets for social media, editorial, presentations, reports, and event materials
- āTranslate complex messaging into clear visual communications
- āPresent and communicate design work to stakeholders
