- āStrong executive presence and ability to engage at SES level and above
- āExcellent consultative selling skills
- āProficient in Salesforce and modern AI-powered prospecting tools
- āExperience in a high-accountability, data-driven sales culture
Responsibilities
- āDrive new ARR by closing government regulatory agencies
- āOwn the full sales cycle end-to-end
- āMap and tier the North America federal civilian territory and build pipeline coverage
- āSelf-generate pipeline and manage outreach cadences
- āBuild deep, trust-based relationships with senior federal stakeholders
- āNavigate federal procurement vehicles including GWACs, BPAs, IDIQs, sole-source justifications, and multi-year contracts
- āRepresent platform solutions with consultative expertise and understand investigative workflows
- āCollaborate with Solutions Architecture, Global Investigations, Compliance Advisory, and Policy teams on opportunities
- āMaintain rigorous forecast discipline
